We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, as long as they are in stock. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
All orders are dispatched via tracked Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and should be delivered within 3-5 working days from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Your signature is required on arrival. If you are not available to receive your delivery you should receive a card from Royal Mail advising where you can collect your parcel from or you will have the option to rearrange your delivery. In order to collect your parcel from the sorting office you need to take proof of address with you. There are times when these cards are misplaced or not left at all - these items are often at your local sorting office or are being held by a neighbour, if possible please check first before contacting us.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays and this will therefore affect the expected arrival date of your order.

If you wish to change your address after having placed your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time period has lapsed we will be unable to change the address.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail services to the point of international transit where it will be handled by your local or national postal service. At the point of international transit, the item cannot be tracked using the Royal Mail Track and Trace and is the responsibility of the local or national postal service.
Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
